摘要 由于传统有线仓储显示标签在可移动等方面的局限性,基于433 MHz的无线标签系统是替代有线标签系统的最佳方案之一。为解决无线方案的功耗问题,通过硬件选型、设计开关电路和优化软件工作流程实现系统低功耗设计。测试结果显示,优化设计后的系统平均静态电流为1.768μA;系统唤醒工作时,平均动态工作电流约为5.417μA;每天刷屏6次以内,满足纽扣电池供电条件下,5年以上的使用寿命。通信性能方面,当通信距离小于20 m时,丢包率低于5%,通过重发机制,可以将丢包率控制在3‰以内,优于2.4 GHz方案。该应用场景下,两种频段标签的通信速度无显著差异。 Due to the limitations of the traditional wired storage display label,wireless label system based on 433 MHz frequency band is one of the best schemes to replace the wired label system.In order to solve the power consumption problem of wireless solutions,low-power label system is designed through hardware selection,switching circuit and optimization of software workflow.The test results show that the average static current of the optimized system is 1.768μA.When the system wakes up,the average dynamic working current is about 5.417μA.If the screen is refreshed within 6 times a day,the service life can be up to more than 5 years under the condition of battery power supply.Communication performance is also studied compared with the 2.4 GHz label system.When the communication distance is less than 20 m,the packet loss rate of 433 MHz label system is less than 5%.Through the retransmission mechanism,the packet loss rate can be controlled within 3‰,which is better than the 2.4 GHz label system.In this application scenario,there is no significant difference in the communication speed between the two frequency band labels.
