摘要
家校协同是世界各国教育改革的共同趋势。在以权力、情境、知识和信息四要素构成的分析框架下,美国自20世纪60年代以来,学校与家庭遵循强制互动、松散互动、知识互动和协同互动模式演进规律,价值取向由教育起点公平转向教育结果公平。基于美国全国家庭教育调查项目(NHES)数据分析发现,美国家校协同互动样态具体表征为:学校与家庭共享权力,以生为本开展多样化、全面化、高频率互动,努力保持信息对称,取得较好互动成效。这对我国家校互动模式构建具有一定参考价值。
School-family synergy represents a universal trend in educational reform around the world. Under the analytical framework consisting of power,context,knowledge,and information,schools and families in the United States have followed the evolutionary pattern of coercive interaction,loose interaction,knowledge interaction,and synergistic interaction since the 1960s,and the value orientation has shifted from the equity in educational entry to equity in educational outcomes. Based on the analysis of data from the National Household Education Surveys Program(NHES),it is found that the specific characteristics of the synergistic interaction between American schools and families are as follows:U.S.schools and families share power,carry out diversified,comprehensive and high-frequency interactions based on student-oriented,and strive to maintain information symmetry,achieving positive interaction results.This has a certain reference value for the construction of school family interaction model in China.
