天然气管道信息自动采集和存储系统设计

摘要 为提升信息采集效果,安全存储采集的信息,设计天然气管道信息自动采集和存储系统。利用传感器实时测量管道压力与流量信号,采用编码器和里程轮分别测量检测装置转角和运行距离;通过数据采集卡采集相关参数、输入到计算机,并传输到USB存储设备,实时存储信息,利用改进混合加密算法提升信息存储安全性,并显示信息采集与存储结果,实时指示系统运行状态。实验证明:该系统可精准采集天然气管道信息,有效存储采集的信息;承受攻击时,信息存储的安全参数较高,存储安全性能较优;不同故障时,系统可用性较高。 In order to improve the effect of information collection and safely store the collected information, an automatic collection and storage system of natural gas pipeline information is designed. The sensor is used to measure the pipeline pressure and flow signals in real time, and the encoder and mileage wheel are used to measure the rotation angle and running distance of the detection device respectively. The relevant parameters are collected by the data acquisition card, input into the computer, and transmitted to the USB storage device to store the information in real time. The improved hybrid encryption algorithm is used to improve the information storage security, display the information acquisition and storage results, and indicate the operation status of the system in real time. Experiments show that the system can accurately collect natural gas pipeline information and effectively store the collected information. When under attack, the security parameters of information storage are high and the storage security performance is excellent. In case of different faults, the system availability is high.
