摘要
目的探究ICU护士职业压力与职业倦怠之间相关性。方法选取厦门大学附属第一医院2022年7月至8月的105名ICU护士作为研究对象,采用护士压力源调查问卷、职业倦怠量表进行调查,以现场调查、回收方式完成量表调查,分析其职业压力与职业倦怠之间相关性。结果105名ICU护士中,85.71%(90/105)的家属支持护士工作,97.14%(102/105)的护士认为ICU工作压力大,26.67%(28/105)的护士表示不想改行,67.62%(71/105)的护士表示想离开当前科室;ICU护士职业压力评分由高至低依次为工作时间量及时间分配、工作环境和资源、患者护理、护理专业与工作、管理及人际,ICU护士压力源量表不同维度分数比较,差异无统计学意义(F=2.026,P>0.05);相关性分析显示,ICU护士工作时间及时间分配、护理专业与工作、患者护理、工作环境和资源与职业倦怠量表中情感枯竭、去人格化评分呈正相关,与个人成就感呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士职业压力与其职业倦怠感量表中情感枯竭、去人格化呈正相关,与职业倦怠感量表中个人成就感呈负相关,需加强针对性干预。
Objective To explore the correlation between job stress and job burnout of ICU nurses.Methods A total of 105 ICU nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April to May 2022 were selected as research objects,to complete the scale survey with nurse stressor questionnaire and job burnout scale,complete the scale survey by on-site investigation and recycling,and the correlation between job stress and job burnout was analyzed.Results Among the 105 ICU nurses,85.71%(90/105)of the family members supported the work of nurses,97.14%(102/105)of the nurses thought that the work pressure of ICU was high,26.67%(28/105)of the nurses said they did not want to change careers,and 67.62%(71/105)of the nurses said they wanted to leave the current department.The scores of job stress of ICU nurses from high to low were working hours and time allocation,nursing specialty and work,patient care,working environment and resources,management and interpersonal,there was no significant difference in scores of different dimensions of ICU nurse stressors questionnaire(F=2.026,P>0.05).The correlation analysis showed that ICU nurses'working time and time distribution,nursing specialty and work,patient nursing,working environment had positive correlation with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in job burnout scale,and had negative correlation with personal achievement(P<0.05).Conclusion The job stress of ICU nurses is positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in the job burnout scale,and negatively correlated with personal achievement in the job burnout scale.Targeted intervention should be strengthened.
