摘要
针对危险货物道路运输领域知识体系零散及海量危险货物道路运输事件数据未能有效挖掘和充分利用的问题,提出了一种危险货物道路运输安全管理领域知识图谱的构建方法,采用自顶向下的方法从危险货物道路运输安全事故案例、调查报告和法律文件中抽取模式数据并构建知识图谱的数据层和模式层,利用Neo4j图数据库管理软件实现数据库的管理与存储,并实现了危险货物道路运输安全管理领域知识图谱的展示与信息统计可视化,为提升危险货物道路运输突发事件应急和从业人员的安全知识储备提供了良好的数据支持。
Dangerous goods of road transport safety management knowledge graph is to solve the problem that the knowledge system of dangerous goods transport is scattered and a large number of dangerous goods road transport accidents are not fully utilized.The knowledge graph of dangerous goods road transport safety management takes data such as accident reports and legal provisions as the original data of construction,adopts the top-down construction method,and improves the knowledge base of the knowledge graph from four directions:pattern layer,data layer,technology layer,and application layer.The pattern layer constructs the basic knowledge unit,abstracts the core concept and extends the relation based on it,and constructs the knowledge graph pattern layer of the relational knowledge system.The data layer classifies and processes the collected data.The data includes two parts:laws,regulations,standards,and case texts of dangerous goods transportation accidents.In the technical layer,entity extraction is carried out for semi-structured and unstructured data sources through rule extraction and model identification extraction respectively,and relationship extraction is obtained by using Bootstrapping algorithm.Finally,knowledge extraction results are imported into the graph database Neo4 j in batches.The application layer uses Neo4 j graph database software to query and visualize data.Taking an accident case as an example,knowledge acquisition is carried out to obtain the specific situation of the accident,including the cause and the main responsible person,by searching the accident portrait.On this basis,this study continues to query the professional knowledge of the accident and puts forward risk control measures according to the corresponding knowledge.The construction of dangerous goods road transport safety management knowledge graph can provide good data support for improving the emergency response of dangerous goods road transport,the safety management level of enterprises,and the safety knowledge reserve of employee
