摘要
谵妄是一种急性脑功能障碍的临床综合征,尤其是ICU患者谵妄的发生率比较高。本文对ICU谵妄患者的危险因素、护理人员对谵妄评估量表的临床应用情况及ICU谵妄患者的预防及护理进行综述,旨在为今后ICU谵妄患者的管理与研究提供参考依据。
Delirium is a clinical syndrome of acute brain dysfunction,especially in ICU patients.This article reviewed the risk factors of ICU delirium patients,clinical application of delirium screening tools by nurses,prevention and nursing of ICU delirium patients,in order to provide reference for the management and research of ICU delirium patients in the future.
