摘要
为探究同忻煤矿综放工作面沿空掘巷小煤柱宽度的合理参考值,以同忻煤矿8210工作面为例,基于极限平衡理论,结合8210综放工作面工程与地质条件,计算得到小煤柱宽度的理论参考值应小于6.00 m;采用FLAC3D模拟揭示了4.0、5.0、6.0 m煤柱下8210运输巷应力变形规律,确定了工作面小煤柱留设宽度最优值约为5.0 m。现场验证表明,留设5.0 m小煤柱可较好地控制巷道变形及稳定性,同时可以大幅度减少地下煤炭遗留,避免资源浪费。
In order to explore the reasonable reference value of the small coal pillar width of the gob side entry in the fully-mechanized caving face of Tongxin Coal Mine, taking the 8210 working face of Tongxin Coal Mine as an example, based on the limit equilibrium theory, combined with the engineering and geological conditions of the 8210 fully-mechanized caving working face, the theoretical reference value of the small coal pillar width calculated should be less than 6 m.FLAC3Dsimulation was used to reveal the law of stress and deformation of 8210 haulage roadway under 4.0,5.0,6.0 m coal pillars, and determined that the optimal width of small coal pillars in the working face was about 5.0 m.The field verification shows that the 5.0 m small coal pillar can better control the deformation and stability of the roadway, and can greatly reduce the remaining underground coal and avoid waste of resources.
