摘要 主排水监控系统在煤矿生产过程中起着非常重要的作用,是矿山安全生产必不可少的自动化系统。但目前很多小型煤矿井下排水系统控制方式相对落后,水泵的启停和选择均由现场工人完成,严重影响煤矿的管理水平和经济效益。针对上述情况,设计了一套主排水监控系统,运用西门子S7-300 PLC实现对排水系统自动化控制,解决了现场人工操作水泵系统的问题,提高了煤矿排水系统的自动化水平,达到了减员增效、降本增效的目的。 The main drainage monitoring system plays a very important role in the process of coal mine production and is an indispensable automatic system for mine safety production. But at present, the control mode of drainage system in many small coal mines is relatively backward, the start and stop of water pump and the selection are completed by on-site workers, which seriously affects the management level and economic benefits of coal mines. In view of the above situation, designed a set of main drainage monitoring system, used Siemens S7-300 PLC to achieve automatic control of drainage system,which solves the problem of manual operation of the pump system, improves the level of automation of coal mine drainage system, and achieves the purpose of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency,reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
