摘要 医学院校作为医学人才培养基地,将“三全育人”与医学生职业认同培养相结合,在“健康中国”战略背景下,以育人为中心,制订全员、全程、全方位职业认同培养策略,构建一体化育人体系,以期提高医学院校人才培养质量,实现立德树人根本任务。 As a training base for medical personnel,medical colleges and universities combine the "three whole education" with the cultivation of medical students’ professional identity.Under the strategic background of "healthy China",they focus on educating people,formulate the cultivation strategy of all staff,whole process and all-round professional identity,and build an integrated human body education system,in order to improve the quality of medical colleges and universities’ personnel training and realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.
