摘要
目的分析机械性眼外伤农民工的视觉相关生存质量的影响因素。方法横断面研究。连续纳入温州医科大学附属眼视光医院2021年5月至10月就诊的122例机械性眼外伤农民工为调查对象, 采用一般资料调查表、医院用焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、中文版视功能相关生存质量量表-25(VFQ-25)分析视觉相关生存质量的影响因素。结果本研究122例机械性眼外伤农民工中, 男109例, 女13例。视觉相关生存质量总得分为70.40(61.21, 75.71)分, 其中社会角色限制、总体健康情况、驾驶及总体视力情况等维度得分相对较低。手术次数(r=0.22, P=0.024)、术后1个月视力(r=0.51, P=0.002)与患者视觉相关生存质量呈正相关。焦虑(r=-0.68, P=0.001)、抑郁(r=-0.77, P<0.001)与眼外伤农民工患者视觉相关生存质量呈负相关。结论机械性眼外伤农民工的视觉相关生存质量总体处于中等水平, 受手术次数、术后视力、焦虑、抑郁多种因素影响。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of vision-related quality of life in migrant workers with mechanical ocular trauma.Methods This was a cross-sectional study.From May 2021 to Oct.2021,122 migrant workers with mechanical eye trauma admitted to Eye Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University were continuously included as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and Chinese version of Visual Function Related Quality of Life Scale-25(VFQ-25)were used to analyze the influencing factors of vision-related quality of life.Results Among 122 migrant workers with mechanical eye trauma in this study,109 cases were male and 13 cases were female.The score of overall visual quality of life in migrant workers with mechanical ocular trauma was 70.40(61.21,75.71)scores.The scores of social role constraints,general health,driving and general vision were relatively low.The number of operations(r=0.22,P=0.024),visual acuity in one month after operation(r=0.51,P=0.002),anxiety(r=-0.68,P=0.001),depression(r=-0.77,P<0.001)were the main factors affecting the vision-related quality of life of migrant workers with mechanical ocular trauma.Conclusion The vision-related quality of life of migrant workers with mechanical ocular trauma are at a medium level,which is affected by many factors including operation times,postoperative visual acuity,anxiety and depression.
