摘要
随着我国的城镇化发展取得了显著效果,城市规模越来越大,楼房建筑也越来越高,为了不断提高房建设质量,需要在施工过程中不断创断,采用先进的生产工艺,提高房屋建设水平。在实际生产施工过程中,铝模版得到广泛的应用,主要应用于混凝土施工建设,但铝模板的建设精度、施工工艺会直接影响混凝土施工质量,固此在施工过程中,要进一步完善施工工艺,在机械加工、焊接阶段进行精细化处理,以确保各项技术标准达到实际生产需求。基于此,将对高层住宅工程中铝膜板的应用进行研究,以供参考。
The development of urbanization in China has achieved remarkable results.The scale of cities is getting largerand larger,and buildings are getting higher and higher.In order to continuously improve the quality of building construction,it is necessary to constantly innovate in the construction process,adopt advanced production techniques,and improvethe level of housing construction.In the actual production and construction process,aluminum template has a wide rangeof applications.This template is mainly used in concrete construction.The construction precision and construction technology of aluminum template wll directly affect the quality of concrete construction.Therefore,during the constructionprocess,it is necessary to further improve the construction technology,carry out fine processing in the mechanical processing and welding stages,ensure that various technical standards meet the actual production needs,and through continuous innovation and exploration,The application of aluminum formwork has formed a certain scale.It can accurately de-sign parameters according to the actual needs of construction projects,greatly improving the construction efficiency and project quality,and has high use value.Based on this,this paper studies the application of aluminum membrane in high-rise residential projects for reference.
