摘要
模糊控制理论是从行为上模仿人的推理和决策过程的一种智能控制方法。对于综采工作面复杂的环境,精确模型难以搭建,模糊控制的出现很好地解决了此问题,因此在煤矿领域应用十分成功。对模糊控制在煤矿中的应用进行了概述。首先对模糊系统和模糊逼近进行了研究分类,其次详细介绍了模糊自适应、模糊PID和模糊神经网络在工作面采煤机、输送机和液压支架中的应用,最后对工作面当前面临的问题和未来的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。
Fuzzy control theory is an intelligent control method that imitates human reasoning and decision-making process in behavior. For the complex environment of fully mechanized mining face, it is difficult to build the accurate model, and the emergence of fuzzy control solves the problem well, so it is very successful in the application of coal mine. Summarized the application of fuzzy control in coal mine. Firstly, fuzzy systems and fuzzy approximation were researched and classified. Secondly, the application of fuzzy adaptive control, fuzzy PID control and fuzzy neural network control in working face shearer, conveyor and hydraulic support were introduced in detail. Finally, the current problems and future development trends of the working face were analyzed and prospected.
