摘要
为制得符合要求的锂渣混凝土,研究锂渣粉掺量对混凝土强度的影响,并在取得较优锂渣粉掺量的基础上,研究碱激发剂对锂渣混凝土强度的影响,测试了锂渣粉掺量为20%,碱激发剂掺量为0、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%时锂渣混凝土的抗压强度。试验结果表明:(1)锂渣粉不利于混凝土早期强度的发展,但锂渣粉掺量≤20%时,有利于混凝土后期强度的发展;(2)NaOH可激发锂渣粉的火山灰活性,且当NaOH掺量≤2%时,掺碱激发剂的混凝土抗压强度均优于纯水泥混凝土及不掺NaOH的锂渣混凝土的抗压强度。
In order to make lithium slag concrete that meets the requirements, the influence of lithium slag powder content on concrete strength is studied, and the influence of alkali activator on the strength of lithium slag concrete is studied on the basis of obtaining a better lithium slag powder content. The compressive strength of lithium slag concrete is tested when the lithium slag powder content is 20%, and the alkali activator content is 0, 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%. The test results show that:(1) Lithium slag powder is not conducive to the development of early strength of concrete, but when the content of lithium slag powder ≤20%, it is conducive to the development of late strength of concrete.(2) NaOH can stimulate the pozzolanic activity of lithium slag powder, and when the content of NaOH is≤2%, the compressive strength of concrete with alkali activator is better than that of pure cement concrete and lithium slag concrete without NaOH.
