摘要
结合工程实例,对大管径供热管道穿跨越河流方案(桁架跨越方案、顶管方案、明挖安装预制管廊方案、水平定向钻穿越方案)的技术经济性进行对比分析。顶管方案工程造价最高,水平定向钻穿越方案工程造价最低,桁架跨越方案、明挖安装预制管廊方案工程造价居中。由于水平定向钻穿越在大管径供热管道中应用缺少经验,风险较大,没有采纳。桁架跨越方案成功案例多,采用桁架跨越方案。
Combined with the project example, the technical economies of river crossing and aerial crossing schemes of large diameter heating pipeline(truss aerial crossing scheme, pipe jacking scheme, open excavation installation prefabricated utility tunnel scheme and horizontal directional drilling crossing scheme) are compared and analyzed. The project cost of the pipe jacking scheme is the highest, the project cost of the horizontal directional drilling crossing scheme is the lowest, and the project costs of the truss aerial crossing scheme and the open excavation installation prefabricated utility tunnel scheme are in the middle. Due to the lack of experience in the application of horizontal directional drilling crossing in large diameter heating pipeline, the risk is relatively high, so it is not adopted. There are many successful cases of truss aerial crossing scheme, so the truss aerial crossing scheme is adopted.
