摘要 近年来,随着新能源汽车快速普及,新能源汽车充电设施需求也急剧攀升。而充电桩安装使用过程中,会出现充电异常等故障,充电桩检修则急需一种具有轻型化、操作简单、使用空间小、便于携带等特点的交流充电桩检测装置,以解决充电桩充电过程中出现故障等问题。交流充电桩检测装置对解决交流充电桩充电过程中的故障问题意义重大,一种便携、轻便、精准的交流充电桩检测装置能有效节省充电桩安装、排故中所需要的时间,极大地提高解决问题的效率。文章设计研究一种便携的、轻型的、高效的交流充电桩检测装置,对于推动电动汽车充电基础设施建设具有现实意义。 In recent years, with the rapid popularization of new energy vehicles, the demand for new energy vehicle charging facilities has also risen sharply. However, during the installation and use of the charging pile, there will be abnormal charging and other faults. The maintenance of the charging pile urgently needs an AC charging pile detection device with the characteristics of lightweight, simple operation, small use space and easy to carry, so as to solve the problems such as faults in the charging process of the charging pile. The AC charging pile detection device is of great significance in solving the fault problems in the charging process of the AC charging pile. A portable, portable and accurate AC charging pile detection device can effectively save the time required for the installation and troubleshooting of the charging pile, and greatly improve the efficiency of solving the problems. In this paper, the design and research of a portable, light and efficient AC charging pile detection device has practical significance for promoting the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
