不同排量下轻烃泵优化运行方案研究

摘要 轻烃外输泵既是轻烃储库生产运行重要设备,也是高耗能设备,不同额定流量的轻烃泵,能耗差异较大。针对此问题,选择某轻烃储库的轻烃泵开展现场试验。通过模拟不同排量与泵效预期曲线,在机泵最佳工况范围内增大外输流量,记录机泵电流、出口压力、流量,振动参数变化对机泵工作状态影响,分析不同排量下轻烃泵最优运行方案。优化后,减少了机泵启停频次,至少节约能耗约16.7%,降低了轻烃储库生产运行成本。 Light hydrocarbon transmission pump is not only an important equipment for the production and operation of light hydrocarbon storage,but also a high energy consumption equipment.Light hydrocarbon pump with different rated flow rate varies greatly in energy consumption.To address this issue,a light hydrocarbon pump of a light hydrocarbon storage is selected to carry out field tests.By simulating the expected curves of different displacement and pump efficiency,the external transmission flow is increased under the optimal working range of the pump,and the influence of motor current,outlet pressure,flow,vibration parameter changes on the pump operating state is recorded,then the optimal operation scheme of light hydrocarbon pump under different displacements is analyzed.After optimization,the frequency of pump start-stop is reduced,energy consumption is saved at least about 16.7%,and the production and operation cost of the light hydrocarbon storage is reduced.
