摘要
大庆油田进行大范围聚合物开采后,采出污水物性发生改变,造成处理工艺效率下降,处理后水质达到回注指标要求难度增大。针对以上问题,开展电子束辐照技术处理含聚污水实验。应用电子束辐照技术对含聚污水的含油量、有机物含量、S^(2-)浓度和Zeta电位、悬浮固体粒径等物性的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:辐照吸收剂量1.0 kGy时,含聚污水含油量和COD去除率分别为6.1%~23%和2.9%;辐照吸收剂量为5 kGy时,含油量和COD去除率分别为15%~32%和4.3%;辐照吸收剂量为10 kGy时,含油量和COD去除率可提高到29%~46%和7.0%。电子束辐照技术可以高效氧化含聚污水中的S2-,减小悬浮固体颗粒粒径,降低含聚污水Zeta绝对值和浊度。
After the large-scale polymer exploitation in Daqing Oilfield,the physical properties ofpolymer wastewater changed,resulting in a decrease in the processing process efficiency and increase in the difficulty of water quality after treatment to meet the requirements of re-injection.In order to solve the above problems,the experiment of treating polymer-containing wastewater by electron beam irradiation is carried out.The effects of electron beam irradiation on the oil content,organic content,S^(2-),and Zeta potential,particle size of suspended solids,and other physical properties of polymer-containing wastewater are studied.The results show that when the absorption doseof electron beam irradiation is1.0 kGy,the removal rate of oil content and CODin polymer-containing wastewater is6.1%-23%and2.9%.When the absorption dose of electron beam irradiation is 5.0 kGy,the removal rate of oil content and COD in polymer-containing wastewater is 15%-32%and 4.3%.When the absorption dose ofelectron beam irradiation is 10.0 kGy,the oil content and COD removal rate can be increased to29%-46%and 7.0%.Electron beam irradiation technology can efficiently oxidize S2-in polymer-containing wastewater,reduce the particle size of suspended particles,and reduce the absolute value of Zeta,and turbidity of polymer-containing wastewater.
