摘要 针对王家岭煤业主运输煤流系统以往采用人工分台就地控制,存在协调性差、影响企业生产等问题,进行了智能主运输煤流集中控制的自动化改造及应用研究。主煤流系统可在就地、远程顺序控制、远程单台控制、检修等模式下快速切换,以适应不同的生产工况条件,在节能降耗、减员减岗、智能运输、设备自诊自保方面效果显著。 Aiming at the problems such as poor coordination and affecting the production of the enterprise in Wangjialing Coal Industry main transportation coal flow system,which used to be controlled locally by manual stations,the automatic transformation and application of centralized control of intelligent main transportation coal flow are studied.The main coal flow system can be quickly switched in local,remote sequential control,remote single control,maintenance and other modes,in order to adapt to different production conditions.In terms of energy conservation and consumption reduction,staff reduction and post reduction,intelligent transportation,and self diagnosis and self insurance of equipment,it has achieved remarkable results.
