摘要
为了解决采空区遗煤自燃隐患,利用贝纳基安全评价法进行煤炭自然发火安全评价,依据自然发火评价结果对采空区“三带”进行测定与划分并提出了防灭火措施。结果表明:工作面自然发火危险程度为29.56%,有自燃倾向性;灭火措施实施后,氧气浓度降至约3%,火灾标志性气体CO浓度未升高,防灭火预控措施起到了良好的效果,保障了矿井安全高效生产。
In order to solve the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf area,Benaki safety assessment method is used to evaluate the safety of coal spontaneous combustion.According to the evaluation results of spontaneous combustion,the"three zones"of goaf area are determined and divided,and the fire prevention and extinguishing measures are put forward.The results show that the risk of spontaneous ignition in working face is 29.56%,which has the tendency of spontaneous combustion,after the fire extinguishing measures are implemented,the oxygen concentration is reduced to about 3%,and the fire landmark gas CO concentration is not increased.The fire prevention and pre-control measures have played a good effect and ensured the safe and efficient production of the mine.
