摘要
随着市场经济框架的变化,石油公司的成功在于使自己在市场上具有竞争力,而成本管理已成为企业建设中的一个非常重要的问题。石油钻井是一项多样化、大型、复杂的建设和开发项目,工程和资金要求高、风险高且复杂,过程和高风险系统工程在钻井成本管理中起着重要作用。只有深入分析所涉及的问题和石油钻探行业的持续发展,才能保证与之相关的问题得到更好地解决。尽管石油钻井公司在过去几年中一次又一次创新以提高成本管理的重要性,但仍然存在许多不足之处。因此,为了更好发展,仍然需要实施精细化管理,有效控制成本,促进综合效益的提高。鉴于此,文章结合实践经验,对石油钻井成本管理的必要性和存在的管理问题进行了深入研究和分析。
With the change of market economy framework,the success of oil companies lies in making themselves competitive in the market,and cost management has become a very important issue in enterprise construction.Oil drilling is a diversified,large and complex construction and development project,with high engineering and capital requirements,high risks and chaos.Process and high-risk system engineering play an important role in drilling cost management.Only through in-depth analysis of the problems involved and the sustainable development of the oil drilling industry can we ensure that the related problems can be better solved.Although oil drilling companies have innovated again and again in the past few years to improve the importance of cost management,there are still many deficiencies.Therefore,in order to better develop,we still need to implement refined management,effectively control costs and promote the improvement of comprehensive benefits.In view of this,combined with practical experience,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis on the necessity and existing management problems of oil drilling cost management.
