摘要
以某高炉炼铁系统为例,分析了炼铁各工艺系统中产生粉尘的特点,提出了高炉炼铁系统除尘工程设计形式及布置。根据炼铁系统特点,将除尘工程分为出铁场、炉顶、矿槽上料、铸铁机、供料除尘系统,针对各系统特点确定相应风量设计参数、设备选型参数,并提出了各系统设计要点。
Taking a blast furnace ironmaking system as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of dust produced in each process system of ironmaking,and puts forward the design form and layout of dust removal engineering of blast furnace ironmaking system.According to the characteristics of ironmaking system,dedusting works are divided into pig house,furnace top,ore trough feeding,iron casting machine,and feeding dedusting system.According to the characteristics of each system,the corresponding air volume design parameters and equipment selection parameters are determined,and the key points of each system design are proposed.
