ICP-AES测定多金属矿及铜铅锌合金中高含量铜铅锌的方法研究

摘要 对多金属矿及铜铅锌合金样品使用王水分解至湿盐状,加入盐酸-乙酸铵混合提取液定容后利用ICP-AES进行测试其中高含量铜、铅、锌含量。测试结果表明:7个多金属矿石GSO系列标准物质测试结果均较为理想,测试结果均在其所给参考值不确定度范围内;2个铜铅锌模拟合金样品测试绝对偏差在0.01%~0.05%之间,测试精密度RSD小于1%。 The samples of polymetallic ores and copper lead zinc alloys were decomposed into wet salt by aqua regia,and the content of high copper,lead and zinc in the mixed extract of hydrochloric acid and ammonium acetate was determined by ICP-AES after the volume was fixed.The test results of GSO series reference materials of 7 polymetallic ores are relatively ideal,and the test results are within the uncertainty range of the reference values given.The absolute deviation of two copper lead zinc simulated alloy samples is between 0.01%and 0.05%,and the RSD is less than 1%.
