摘要 压力容器用热处理碳锰硅钢板其常规热处理方式为离线淬火+回火,随着现有轧机后水冷设备能力的提升,可采用轧后深水冷工艺代替离线淬火方式进行生产,不仅有利于缩短生产工艺流程,同时能够节约能源、降低生产成本。营钢采用钢板轧后深水冷+回火工艺完成对A537 Class2钢板的生产工艺开发,钢板实物质量可满足技术规程要求。 The conventional heat treatment method of heat treated carbon manganese silicon steel plate for pressure vessels is offline quenching+tempering.With the improvement of the capacity of the existing post rolling mill water cooling equipment,the post rolling deep water cooling process can be used to replace the offline quenching method for production,which is not only conducive to shortening the production process,but also can save energy and reduce production costs.Yinggang completed the development of the production process of A537 Class2 steel plate by adopting the deep water cooling+tempering process after steel plate rolling,and the physical quality of the steel plate can meet the requirements of the technical specification.
