摘要
传统医学作为综合治疗肿瘤的重要组成部分,由于受历史条件的限制,未能对良恶性肿瘤进行明确分类,亦未能形成专科,其临床治疗思维尚无确论,而散见于内科与外科、妇科等各类著作中。加之肿瘤病机复杂难辨,证候变幻多端,攻补难衡,方药难施。通过以病择方、以证定方、以势度方、以法活方四个方面阐述中医肿瘤制方、易方思维,以示成方巧化之例,旨在识攻守之道而明局,参变局、避局、破局之法,把握疾病发展变化的规律,以期提高临床疗效。
As an important part of the comprehensive treatment of tumors,traditional Chinese medicine has not been able to clearly classify benign and malignant tumors due to the limitation of its historical conditions,nor has it formed a specialty,leading to its indefinite clinical thinking in tumors treatment,which is scattered in various works on internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and so on.In addition,with tumors’complex pathogeneses and changeable syndromes,it is difficult to strike a balance between reinforcing the body and eliminating pathogens by means of outlining proper prescriptions.This paper expounds on the thinking of making and changing prescriptions for tumors in traditional Chinese medicine from four aspects:selecting prescriptions for a disease,determining prescriptions by syndromes,measuring prescriptions by disease potentials and flexibly adjusting prescriptions by regularities,so as to show the examples of ingenious prescriptions,with the aim of grasping the law of tumors development and change to significantly improve the clinical curative effect.
