摘要
在房屋建筑工程中,房屋防渗漏问题一直是影响房屋建筑质量的重要问题,也是房屋建筑技术的难点。本文以董邦小区A-1地块工程项目中屋面工程为例,对渗漏问题及技术措施进行具体分析和探讨。分析了造成董邦小区房屋渗漏的主要原因:渗漏设计不合理、防水材料质量不达标、缺乏系统性养护等。针对以上提出问题,要从屋面雨水口、出屋面烟风道、出屋面管根、屋面防水收口、檐口与屋面交接、老虎窗下口等位置解决问题,同时提出加强渗漏合理设计和施工监督、提高材料质量等保障措施。
In the building construction project,the problem of building seepage prevention has always been an important problem affecting the quality of building construction,which is also a difficult point in building construction.Taking the roof project of Dongbang Plot A-1 as example,this paper analyzes and discusses the leakage problem and technical measures.The results show that the main causes of leakage in Dongbang Community are unreasonable leakage design,substandard waterproof materials,and lack of systematic maintenance.In view of the above problems,it is proposed to carry out technical treatment from the aspects of roof gutter,smoke duct out of roof,pipe root out of roof,roof waterproof closing,cornice and roof connection,lower opening of dormer,etc.At the same time,it puts forward some safeguard measures,such as improving the rational design,strengthening the supervision of seepage construction,upgrading the quality of materials.
