摘要
肌少症是一种与肌肉量减少和功能障碍相关的疾病,与发生跌倒、骨折、身体残疾、失独和死亡等诸多不良后果密切相关。越来越多的研究证据表明,2型糖尿病病人更易发生肌少症,而糖尿病肾脏疾病作为糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,是糖尿病病人并发肌少症的独立危险因素。因此,充分了解糖尿病肾脏疾病与肌少症之间的关系,对于糖尿病肾脏疾病病人的综合管理有着至关重要的作用。本文主要对糖尿病肾脏疾病合并肌少症的患病率、病理机制联系、诊治现状及进展等进行了综述。
Sarcopenia is a disease with loss of muscle mass and function that is closely associated with many adverse outcomes, including falls, fractures, physical disability, loss of independence, and death. An increasing amount of evidence has shown that patients with type 2 diabetes are more likely to develop sarcopenia, while diabetic kidney disease, as a common microvascular complication of diabetes, is an independent risk factor for sarcopenia in patients with diabetes. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between diabetic kidney disease and sarcopenia plays a crucial role in the comprehensive management of patients with diabetic kidney disease. This article reviews the relationship between sarcopenia and diabetes kidney disease in terms of prevalence rate, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment, and related research advances.
