摘要
中华人民共和国成立以后,许多中央的重大决策都是毛泽东同志在浙江作出的。毛泽东在浙江探索共同富裕的实践不仅留下了很多佳话,也为今天留下了实现共同富裕的理论和实践财富。毛泽东注重深入调研,在浙江考察新登县农业合作社、绍兴东湖农场、编写《中国农村的社会主义高潮》,实事求是地推动了农业合作社的发展。毛泽东勇于正视不足,阅读《政治经济学(教科书)》弥补理论不足和多次修改完善中央文件,最终确定了《农村人民公社工作条例(修正草案)》,调整了农村的生产关系,恢复了农业生产。毛泽东以国之大者的担当,“依靠人民”“服务人民”“走近人民”,在推进共同富裕中厚植人民情怀。
After the founding of the People's Republic of China,many major decisions of the central government were made by Mao Zedong in Zhejiang.Mao Zedong's practice of exploring common prosperity in Zhejiang has left not only many stories but also theoretical and practical wealth for realizing common prosperity today.Mao Zedong paid great attention to in-depth research.He inspected agricultural cooperatives in Xindeng County and Donghu Farm in Shaoxing and wrote Socialist Upsurge in China's Countryside.He promoted the development of agricultural cooperatives in a practical and realistic way.Mao Zedong had the courage to face up to deficiencies.He read Political Economy:A Textbook,to raise theoretical attainment and revised and improved the official documents of the central government many times so as to eventually determine The(Draft)Amendment to the Work Regulations on Rural People's Communes,which adjusted the relations of production in rural areas and helped the resumption of agricultural production.As the leader of the country,Mao Zedong“relied on the people”,“served the people”,“approached the people”,and cultivated concern for the people in the process of promoting common prosperity.
