摘要
慢性肾炎(CGN)是我国终末期肾病主要病因之一,现代医学以对症治疗为主,治疗效果不显。祖国医学在降低蛋白尿、改善中医证候等方面疗效显著。马晓燕教授,主任医师,博士研究生导师,辽宁省名中医,在中医药防治慢性肾脏病领域颇有建树。文章系统阐述马教授临证经验及学术思想,列举马教授治疗CGN常用对药、角药:黄芪-地龙补虚开瘀,利尿消肿;藤类之品通肾络,搜肾风;枸杞子-菟丝子并补肾之阴阳;莲子-芡实-金樱子健脾益肾固精;苏叶-杏仁-桔梗提壶揭盖,复肺气宣降之权等,以期为临床用药提供新的思路方法。附医案一则以佐证。
Chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN) is one of the main causes of end-stage renal disease in China. Modern medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment, but the therapeutic effect is not good. Traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable curative effect in reducing proteinuria and improving the syndrome of TCM. Professor MA Xiaoyan, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, famous TCM in Liaoning Province, has made considerable achievements in the field of TCM prevention and treatment of Chronic kidney disease.This paper systematically expounds Professor MA’s clinical experience and academic thoughts, lists the combination of traditional Chinese medicine used by Professor MA in the treatment of CGN: Astragalus-Lumbricus is used to replenish Qi and remove blood stasis, induce diuresis and detumescence;Rattan of traditional Chinese medicine can dredge the kidney collaterals and search the kidney wind;Lycium barbarum-Semen Cuscutae tonify kidney Yin and Yang;Semen nelumbinis-Semen euryales-Rosa laevigata can strengthen spleen, tonify kidney and astringe kidney essence;Perilla leaf-Apricot kernel-Platycodon grandiflorum can lift the pot and uncover the lid, so as to restore the equilibrium of lung Qi diffusion and descent, etc, in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical medication. Attach one case to support it.
