摘要
溯及《伤寒论》原文,临证不明表里、虚实、寒热、病位、病邪、病势等,治失其法,导致火邪炽盛,伤津耗液,或误治伤正,阳气亏虚,或正虚邪陷,虚实夹杂等,酿成动血、谵语、烦躁、惊狂、发黄、奔豚、心悸、中虚、痞满、结胸、不寐、下利、便难、发喘之变。该篇从条文出发,探析误治的原因和条件及误治对疾病传变和人体正气的影响,究极误治之病因病机,强调不论何种变证,辨证论治贯穿治疗始末。
Tracing back to the original text of the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases Caused by Cold”, the evidence is unclear, the false reality, the cold fever, the sick position, the disease evil, the sick situation, etc., the cure is lost, resulting in the fiery evil blazing, the wounding and consuming the liquid, or the wrong treatment of the wound, the lack of yang Qi, or the right and false evil traps, the virtual reality is mixed, etc., resulting in blood movement, slur, irritability, panic, yellowing, running dolphin, palpitations, weakness, fullness, chest knots, sleeplessness, profit, stool difficulty, and wheezing changes. Starting from the provisions, this article analyzes the causes and conditions of mistreatment and the impact of mistreatment on the transmission of disease and the healthy Qi of the human body, and the cause and mechanism of the ultimate mistreatment, emphasizing that no matter what kind of change, dialectical treatment runs through the beginning and end of treatment.
