摘要 驱动滚筒作为带式输送机主要传动部件,其设计与制造是制约带式输送机发展的关键因素。该文使用有限元仿真技术对不同结构形式的传统驱动滚筒与新型驱动滚筒进行了受力分析对比。分析结果表明:在相同的载荷条件下,两种驱动滚筒的最大应力都位于轴肩处且大小基本一致,最大变形都位于筒体的中间受力区域且变形量基本相同。单独分析了传统驱动滚筒两轮毂之间的轴段,得出轴段上应力和变形都很小,说明轴段对滚筒的整体受力影响不大。 As the main transmission component of belt conveyor, the design and manufacture of driving roller are the key factors restricting the development of belt conveyor. In this paper, the finite element simulation technology is used to analyze and compare force situation of the traditional driving drum and the new driving drum with shafts of different structural forms. The analysis results show that under the same load conditions, the maximum stress of the two driving drums is located at the shaft shoulder and the magnitude is basically the same, and the maximum deformation is located in the middle stress area of the cylinder and the deformation amount is basically the same. The shaft section between the two hubs of the traditional driving drum is analyzed separately, and it is concluded that the stress and deformation on the shaft section are very small, and have little effect on the overall force of the drum.
