摘要
在博采众长的基础上将社区教育资源界定为实体、网络和人才资源三类,以顺应5G移动通信技术及信息化、网络化、互联化趋势为出发点,以电子、音视频等可在网络平台呈现和快速传播的新媒体资源建设为侧重点,从自建、共建和外购三种方式进行建设。以实现社区教育资源移动化、便捷化、快速化、低廉化的浏览、传输、下载和全方位共享为落脚点,构建出了“人人时时处处事事”线上线下学习的共享新模式。
Community education resources can be categorized into three types:entity,network and human resources.In line with the trend of 5G mobile communication technology and informatization,networking and interconnection,the new media resources,that can be presented and quickly disseminated on the network platform,are constructed in three ways:self-construction,co-construction and outsourcing.A new sharing mode of online and offline learning has been built by making the browsing,transmission,and downloading of community education resources transferable,convenient,fast and low-cost.
