摘要
青年马克思主义者培养工程(即“青马工程”)是培养青年、塑造青年的系统工程,是培养新时代中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要载体。从梳理高校实施“青马工程”培训过程中存在的问题入手,以福建农林大学金山学院为例,分析“青马工程”——“柏风计划”的探索和实践过程,提出了“两学三网”学习培养方式、“双进三访”实践机制,系统总结独立本科院校青马工程高质量发展的新模式,以期通过系统性与规范化的培养,提升高校青年大学生群体的思想政治素质,并为高校培养青年骨干大学生提供借鉴。
The Young Marxist Training Project(the"Young marxist Project")is a systematic project for cultivating and shaping young people,as well as an important carrier for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper sorts out the problems in the implementation of the"Young marxist Project"training in colleges and universities,and takes Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example to explore a new model for high-quality development of the"Young marxist Project"-"Baifeng Plan",and proposes the learning and training method of"two studies and three networks"and the practice mechanism of"double entry and three visits",in order to improve the ideological and political quality of young college students in colleges and universities through systematic and scientific training,and provide reference for the cultivation of young backbone college students in colleges and universities.
