汽油机双质量飞轮在使用中异响及改善

摘要 为了解决主机厂汽油机双质量飞轮在客户端使用过程中产生异响的问题,针对异响现象进行分析,经过试验验证发现CPA(centrifugal pendulum absorber)运动状态发生变化,其工作时与法兰摩擦,产生非正常噪声,主要原因为零部件制造过程导致,另外和发动机变速器的合装也有一定的关系,从而对发动机与变速器的装配过程、飞轮的子零件进行改善。优化措施解决了售后客户端飞轮异响的问题,避免了售后端的维修成本,提高了产品质量。 In order to solve the problem of abnormal noise produced by the dual-mass flywheel of the gasoline engine during driving,we analyzed the causes of the abnormal noise,and found that the motion state of CPA(central flywheel absorber)changed when working and rubbed with the flange,thus producing the abnormal noise.The problem was mainly caused by the manufacturing process of the parts.In addition,it also had a certain relationship with the assembly of the engine and the gear box.Therefore,the assembly process of the engine and the gear box,and the sub parts of the flywheel are improved.The improvement has solved the problem of abnormal noise of the flywheel,reduced the cost of after-sale maintenance,and improved the product quality.
