摘要
离心式通风机在工业生产领域应用广泛,其内部流场的分布受多种因素影响。本文主要设计了离心式风机的主要参数,并根据离心式通风机的设计参数进行二维建模,利用计算流体动力学技术在ANSYS软件上对离心式通风机的内部流场做了二维层面上的仿真分析,建立分析模型、网格划分、建立边界条件和求解等步骤,求得了静压云图和速度云图。最后为探究其他主要因素对内部流场的影响情况,通过改变模型的叶轮进口角度、叶片数目和叶片弯向,得到了不同情况下的静压云图和速度云图。对比其与原模型的流场之间的变化,得出不同参数对内部流场的影响特点,从而在通风机的实际设计中发挥指导作用。
The centrifugal fan is widely used in industrial production,and the distribution of its internal flow field is affected by many factors.This paper designed the main parameters of the centrifugal fan,carried out two-dimensional modeling according to the designed parameters,used the computational fluid dynamics technology to simulate the internal flow field of the centrifugal fan in ANSYS,summarized the steps of establishing the model,meshing,establishing the boundary conditions and solving,and obtained the static pressure cloud diagram and velocity cloud diagram.Finally,by changing the impeller inlet angle,the number of blades and the blade bending direction of the model,the static pressure cloud diagram and velocity cloud diagram under different conditions were obtained.By comparing the changes of the flow field,the influence of different parameters on the internal flow field was obtained,so as to guide the actual design of the centrifugal fan.
