摘要
中国新型政党制度是中国共产党领导人民所进行的伟大政治创造,确立于协商建国的伟大实践中,同新中国相伴而生,并随着中国经济社会的发展而不断与时俱进。在社会主义革命、建设和改革的伟大进程中,中国新型政党制度日益完善,朝着制度化方向发展。中国特色社会主义进入新时代后,中国新型政党制度展现出无与伦比的内在优势,为丰富世界政党制度模式贡献了中国智慧。中国新型政党制度在发展优化中实现了人民群众根本利益同部分群体特殊利益的有机统一、实现了政党间民主监督与和谐合作的有机统一、实现了民主科学决策与集中力量办大事的有机统一。
The new party system in China is a great political creation made by the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,established in the great practice of consultative nation-building,born with the New China,and constantly advancing with the times along with China's social and economic development.In the great process of socialist revolution,construction and reform,China's new party system has been improving and developing in the direction of institutionalization.After socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,the new party system showed unparalleled inherent advantages and contributed Chinese wisdom to enrich the world's political party system model.In its development and optimization,China's new political party system has achieved the organic unity of the fundamental interests of the people and the special interests of certain groups,the organic unity of democratic supervision and harmonious cooperation among political parties,and the organic unity of democratic and scientific decisionmaking and the concentration of power on major issues.
