摘要
卵巢早衰(POF)不孕患者的生育能力是其治疗难点,早期诊断和管理至关重要。年龄是影响POF女性生育力最主要的生理因素,临床应在确诊POF后尽快进行干预治疗。目前保护卵巢功能的方法有激素替代疗法、辅助生殖技术、中药口服、中医外治、中西医结合等,除药物治疗外,提高对本病的认识及心理疏导也能帮助提高妊娠率。
The fertility of infertility patients with premature ovarian failure(POF)is a difficult treatment,early diagnosis and management is very important.Age is the most important physiological factor affecting the fertility of women with premature ovarian failure.Intervention should be performed as soon as possible after the diagnosis of POF.At present,the methods to protect ovarian function include hormone replacement therapy,assisted reproductive technology,oral Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,etc.In addition to drug treatment,improving the awareness of this disease and psychological counseling can also help to improve the pregnancy rate.
