摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展,人才成为城市建设与发展的重要支撑,加强对人才的引进至关重要。近年来,襄阳市大力实施“招校引院”计划,与10多家高校和科研院所合作办学、共建创新载体,积极探索科教融合、产教融合、产才融合的创新发展路径。文章通过论证襄阳市经济发展与人才引进和培养的关系,分析襄阳市招校引院的动因、招校引院工作后期面临的挑战,重点从资金保障、资源配置、制度建立3个方面提出了相关建议。
With the deepening of economic globalization,talents have become an important support for urban construction,thus,making it crucial to strengthen the introduction of talents.In recent years,Xiangyang City has vigorously implemented the plan of“attracting schools and institutes”,cooperated with more than 10 universities and research institutes in running schools,jointly built innovative carriers,and actively explored the innovative development paths of integrating science and education,industry and education,and industry and talent.By demonstrating the relationship between the economic development and the introduction and cultivation of talents,this paper aims to examine the motivation and the challenges faced by Xiangyang in attracting schools and institutions,and puts forward relevant suggestions in terms of three aspects:financial guarantee,resource allocation and system establishment.
