摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的加速发展,我国即将从轻度老龄化迈向中度老龄化时代,社会养老照护的需求也随之扩大。为缓解未来长期护理负担过重而引发的社会性风险,我国部分地区开始了长期护理保险的试点工作。在首批试点城市中,上海市、青岛市、南通市、长春市在长期护理保险试点工作上取得了显著的效果,且长期护理保险政策较为完善。文章总结南宁市的实施现状,通过与四个试点城市的比较分析,找出目前南宁市长期护理保险政策存在的问题,并借鉴其他试点城市的经验,对广西长期护理保险政策的发展提出建议。
With the accelerated development of population aging in China, China is about to move from a mild aging to a moderate aging era, and the demand for social elderly care is also expanding. In order to alleviate the social risks caused by the overload of long-term nursing in the future, some regions in China have started the pilot work of long-term care insurance. Among the first batch of pilot cities, Shanghai, Qingdao, Nantong, Changchun have achieved remarkable results in the pilot work of long-term nursing insurance, and the long-term nursing insurance policy is relatively perfect. This paper summarizes the current implementation situation in Nanning, finds out the problems existing in the current long-term nursing insurance policy in Nanning through comparative analysis with the four pilot cities, and draws on the experience of other pilot cities to put forward suggestions for the development of long-term nursing insurance policy in Guangxi.
