摘要
于2021年,在福建省三明市沙县区官庄国有林场池村工区对樟巢螟幼虫虫苞在闽楠人工林中的空间格局和抽样技术进行研究,采用应用二项分布、Poisson分布等7个理论公式对樟巢螟幼虫虫苞的空间格局进行检验,采用丛生指标(I)、聚集度指标(CA)、平均拥挤度指标(M*)等聚集度指标分析樟巢螟虫苞的空间格局,并采用Iwao回归、Taylor的幂法则、M*-M等模型进行统计分析。结果表明:樟巢螟幼虫虫苞在闽楠人工林中趋向聚集分布,其空间格局以Poisson-二项分布为主,其聚集是受其自身的聚集行为与环境条件的综合影响,樟巢螟幼虫虫苞在闽楠人工林中的理论抽样数公式为N=t^(2)(1.7051/x-+0.6836)/D^(2),序贯抽样方程为T_((n))=nm_(0)±√n(1.7051m_(0)+0.6836m_(0)^(2))。研究结果可为该虫的林间虫情监测调查与科学防控提供参考。
In 2021,the spatial pattern and sampling technology were used to research the larvae webs of Orthaga achatina in Phoebe bournei plantation in Chicun work area,Guanzhuang State Owned Forest Farm,Shaxian District,Sanming City,Fujian Province.Test the spatial pattern of the larvae of the mothball moth by using 7 theoretical formulas,such as binomial distribution and Poisson distribution.Use the clustering index(I),aggregation index(CA)and average crowding index M*.And the statistical analysis was carried out by Iwao regression,Taylor′s power law and M*-M models.The results showed that the larvae webs of O.achatina tended to gather and distribute in P.bournei plantation,Its spatial distribution type is mainly Poisson binomial distribution,and its aggregation is due to the comprehensive influence of its own aggregation behavior and environmental conditions.The theoretical sampling number formula of the larvae webs of O.achatina in P.bournei plantation is N=t^(2)(1.7051/x-+0.6836)/D^(2),and the sequential sampling equation is T_((n))=nm_(0)±√n(1.7051m_(0)+0.6836m_(0)^(2)).The results can provide reference for the monitoring,investigation and scientific control of the pest in the forest.
