摘要
相比于传统的监禁刑,社区矫正是一种新兴的非监禁刑罚方式,对于那些罪行较轻且社会危害性不大的犯罪人,使其在社区接受教育管理等矫正手段,在使其受到相应的惩罚的同时也能促使其更好的回归社会,是顺应时代发展潮流的一种刑罚手段。然而,由于开展时间较短、经验不足,我国的社区矫正工作仍存在诸多问题以河北省廊坊市安次区为例,通过问卷调查法、访谈法、文献研究法等研究方法,探究安次区社区矫正工作的工作现状以及存在的问题,并根据安次区的实际情况提出对策建议。
Compared with the traditional imprisonment punishment,community correction is a new non-imprisonment punishment mode.For those criminals whose crimes are less serious and social harm is not serious,making them accept correction means such as education and management in the community can not only make them receive corresponding punishment,but also promote them to return to the society better.It is a kind of penalty means that conforms to the trend of the times.However,due to the short development time and lack of experience,there are still many problems in the community correction work in China.Taking Anci District,Langfang City,Hebei Province as an example,through questionnaire,interview,literature research and other research methods,this paper explores the current situation and existing problems of community correction work in Anci District,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation of Anci District.
