摘要
当前,我国慢性病防治体系建设初见成效,但也普遍存在医保覆盖范围不全、基层慢性病防治资源匮乏、居民健康管理意识差、慢性病信息化建设不规范等问题。建议从分级诊疗路径推进慢性病防治体系建设,通过完善外部保障机制,优化内部运行机制,促进慢性病防治体系的全方位发展,为居民获得高质量、高效率的慢性病防治服务提供保障。
At present,the construction of chronic disease prevention and treatment system in China has achieved initial results.However,it is found that incomplete coverage of medical insurance,insufficient chronic disease resources at primary level,poor awareness of health management of residents,and inadequate standardization information construction of chronic diseases would make damage to its development.It is suggested to promote the construction of the chronic disease prevention and treatment system by hierarchical medical system,for example,improving the external guarantee mechanism and optimizing the internal operation mechanism.This way ensure the all-round development of chronic disease prevention and treatment system,so as to guarantee the residents to obtain high-quality and efficient chronic disease prevention and treatment services.
