绣球花栽培基质筛选

Screening of Cultivation Substrate for Hydrangea macrophylla

摘要 以泥炭土、松鳞、木薯渣、蚯蚓粪按照不同体积比混配成5种基质,以种植土为对照,研究不同配比基质的理化性状及其对绣球花扦插苗生长的影响。结果显示,当基质配比为木薯渣:泥炭土=75:25(V/V)时绣球花的株高、叶面积、生物量积累、叶片SPAD值均显著高于对照和其他处理。主成分分析显示,木薯渣:泥炭土=75:25(V/V)基质的综合得分最高,即在该混合基质中绣球花扦插苗的生长状况最佳。相关性分析显示,绣球花的株高、叶面积和地上干重与基质的EC值呈显著正相关,与基质的孔隙比呈显著负相关,因此对基质EC值及孔隙度的调控,更有助于绣球花生长。 In order to study the physical and chemical properties of different proportions of substrates and their effects on plant growth,peat,pine scale,cassava residue and earthworm manure were mixed according to different volume ratios.Planting soil was used as the control,and Hydrangea macrophylla was used as the test material.The results showed that the plant height,leaf area,biomass accumulation and leaf SPAD value of H.macrophylla were significantly higher than those of the control and other treatments when the substrate ratio was cassava residue:peat=75:25(V/V).The principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score of cassava residue:peat=75:25(V/V)matrix was the highest,and the growth condition of H.macrophylla was the best in the mixed substrate.The correlation analysis showed that the plant height,leaf area and shoot dry weight of H.macrophylla were significantly positively correlated with the EC value of the substrate,and negatively correlated with the void ratio of the substrate.Therefore,the regulation of EC value and porosity of the substrate were more conducive to the growth of H.macrophylla cutting seedlings.
