摘要
目的:基于现代文献建立蜂针疗法的等级病谱。方法:计算机系统检索CNKI、VIP、WF、Sino Med、Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Embase等国内外数据库,检索蜂针疗法的临床文献,检索日期截至2022年1月3日。采用ICD-10规范文献病症名,参照循证医学证据五级分类法将研究分级,依据病谱分级理论构建蜂针疗法干预病症的循证等级病谱。结果:共纳入589篇文献,其中A级证据8篇,支持4种病证;B级证据20篇,支持15种病证;C级证据176篇,支持55种病证;D级证据201篇,支持72种病证;E级证据221篇,支持115种病证。Ⅰ级病谱4种,Ⅱ级病谱11种,Ⅲ级病谱17种,Ⅳ级病谱29种,Ⅴ级病谱104种。结论:当前蜂针疗法干预病症研究证据级别较低,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级病谱占比少,后期需提高临床研究质量,提供高级别证据,完善蜂针疗法循证等级病谱。
Objective To bulid the evidence-based grade disease spectrum of apitherapy based on modern literatures.Methods CNKI,VIP,WF,Sino Med,Pub Med,Cochrane Library and Embase databases were searched by computer system,and clinical literatures of apitherapy therapy were retrieved by January 3,2022.We used ICD-10 to standardize the names of symptoms and diseases.The study was classified according to the five-level classification of evidence of evidence-based medical literature,and the evidence-based grade disease spectrum of apitherapy intervention was constructed according to the theory of disease spectrum classification.Results A total of 589 literatures were included,of which 8 were grade A evidences,supporting 4 kinds of disease syndromes.20 grade B evidences supporting 15 diseases and syndromes;176 pieces of grade C evidence supporting 55 diseases and syndromes;201 pieces of grade D evidence supporting 72 diseases and syndromes;There were 221 grade E evidences supporting 115 diseases and syndromes.There were 4 researches for gradesⅠ,11 gradesⅡ,17 gradesⅢ,29 gradesⅣand 104 gradesⅤ.Conclusion At present,the evidence level of apitherapy is low,and the proportion of gradeⅠ,andⅡdisease spectrum is small.It is necessary to improve the quality of clinical research for the further study,provide high-level evidence,and improve the evidence-based grade disease spectrum of apitherapy.
