摘要
心理咨询已经成为高校的一项日常工作任务,在高校扮演着重要的角色,特别是“互联网+”背景下,高校心理咨询与互联网相融合,以新的姿态和模式为广大师生提供了服务。但高校心理咨询线上平台建设仍存在着许多问题,为精准识别咨询对象的问题,提高心理咨询的效率达到预期效果,本文对高校网络心理咨询建设进行了探讨,以期用现代教育理论研究指导实践,拓展高校网络咨询的方式方法,积累经验。
Psychological consultation has become a daily task of colleges and universities,playing an important role,especially in the context of"Internet plus",integrating college psychological consultation with the Internet,and providing services to teachers and students with new attitudes and models,but there are still many problems in the construction of online platform for college psychological consultation.In order to accurately identify the problems of consultation objects,and improve the efficiency and effect of psychological consultation,this paper discusses the construction of online psychological consultation in colleges and universities,with a view to using modern educational theory research to guide practice and expand the methods and experience of online consultation in colleges and universities.
