摘要
以混合动力汽车增程发电工况为研究对象,介绍了混动专用箱的结构组成和工作原理。针对增程发电问题,提出了实现高效增程发电的设计方案和发动机工况点的选择依据。在局部多点功率跟随控制策略下,通过优化控制增程发电传动链速比,实现了发动机工况点与发电机响应工况点的高效耦合,并通过试验验证了控制策略和增程传动链速比调节方法的有效性。
Taking the extended range power generation condition of hybrid electric vehicle as the research object,the structure and working principle of hybrid special box are introduced. In view of the problem of extended range power generation,the design scheme to realize efficient extended range power generation and the selection basis of engine operating point are proposed. Under the local multi-point power following control strategy,the efficient coupling between the engine operating point and the generator response operating point is realized by optimizing the speed ratio of the extended range power generation transmission chain. The effectiveness of the control strategy and the speed ratio adjustment method of the extended range power generation transmission chain is verified by experiments.
