饮食干预在孕中晚期妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of dietary intervention in pregnant diabetes patients in the second and third trimester of pregnancy

摘要 目的观察饮食干预在孕中晚期妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取80例孕中晚期妊娠期糖尿病患者,依据患者首次就诊顺序分为普通护理组(采用普通护理)与饮食干预组(采用普通护理联合饮食干预),每组40例。比较两组干预效果。结果护理前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于护理前,且饮食干预组明显低于普通护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。饮食干预组患者饮食健康状况好占比高于普通护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。饮食干预组患者并发症发生率低于普通护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。饮食干预组妊娠期糖尿病患者自然分娩38例(95.00%),高于普通护理组患者的30例(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕中晚期妊娠期糖尿病患者接受饮食干预,能够有效控制血糖指标,提升饮食健康,减少其妊娠期间的并发症,优化分娩结局。 Objective To observe the effect of dietary intervention in patients with gestational diabetes in the second and third trimester. Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes in the second and third trimesters were selected and divided into general nursing group(using general nursing) and dietary intervention group(using general nursing combined with dietary intervention) according to the order of their first visit, with 40 cases in each group. The intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results Nursing treatment, there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the dietary intervention group was significantly lower than the common care group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with good diet health status in diet intervention group was higher than that in general nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in dietary intervention group was lower than that in general nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were 38 cases(95.00%) of natural delivery in the diet intervention group, which was higher than that in the general nursing group 30 cases(75.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dietary intervention in patients with gestational diabetes in the second and third trimester of pregnancy can effectively control blood glucose indicators, improve dietary health, reduce complications during pregnancy, and optimize the outcome of delivery.
