摘要
目的分析子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中经阴道彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。方法选取120例子宫瘢痕妊娠孕妇,均先后给予经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查、经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对比检查结果。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查总符合率90.83%明显高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断包块型瘢痕妊娠与孕囊型瘢痕妊娠误诊率均显著低于经腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中,经阴道彩色多普勒超声的应用可有效提高诊断准确率,降低误诊率。
Objective To analyze the application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of pregnancy with uterine scar. Methods 120 pregnant women with uterine scar were selected to undergo abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography, and the results were compared. Results The total coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was 90.83%, which was significantly higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound(76.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The misdiagnosis rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of mass scar pregnancy and cystic scar pregnancy was significantly lower than that of transabdominal,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy, the application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can effectively improve the diagnosis accuracy and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
