摘要
紫外光光固化法是目前非开挖管道主流修复方法之一,其内衬软管用光敏树脂,作为光固化的主要材料,决定了修复后内衬管的主要性能。因此,紫外光固化树脂的合成和选择无疑是紫外光固化产品配方设计的重要环节。本文综述了常用紫外光固化原位修复用内衬软管光敏树脂材料,包括不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂材料和生物基树脂材料的研究进展。
UV-CIPP is one of the mainstream repair methods for trenchless pipelines.As the main material of ultraviolet curing,the photosensitive resin used in lined hoses determines the main properties of the lined hoses after repair.Therefore,the synthesis and selection of UV-curable resin is undoubtedly an important step in the formulation design of UV-curable products.The paper reviewed the research progress of photosensitive resin for UV-CIPP including unsaturated polyester resin,epoxy resin,vinyl resin and bio-based resin.
