摘要
鲜药应用贯穿中医药的起始与发展,在历代中医名家的著作中多有记载。我国中药资源丰富,许多植物的根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子、树枝、树皮以及一些动物均可作为鲜药应用,因而鲜药来源非常广泛。鲜药应用方法灵活简单,能用于多种疾病的治疗,尤其是对于皮肤病和急症的治疗为鲜药应用的特色。虽然鲜药来源广泛,但由于鲜药的供应具有季节性,不便于贮藏保鲜,限制了鲜药的广泛应用。通过归纳鲜药应用特点,梳理鲜药理论,可为鲜药的临床应用提供参考。
The application of fresh herbs runs through the initiation and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and has many records in the monographs of famous doctors of TCM in the past dynasties.The resources are rich in TCM in China.The sources of fresh herbs are very extensive for the reason that fresh herbs can utilize plenty of animals and different parts of plants,such as roots,stems,leaves,flowers,fruits,seeds,branches,and barks.The application methods of fresh herbs are flexible and simple.Although the sources of fresh medicines are wide,the seasonal supply and inconvenient storage and freshkeeping limit the extensive application of fresh herbs.It can provide a reference for the clinical application of fresh herbs by summarizing the application characteristics and hackling the theory of fresh herbs.
