摘要
根据北京市农业发展和农民培训现状,结合基层工作经验,剖析了北京市大兴区农民培训中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的新思路,为农民培训的发展方向提供一定的参考。
According to current situation of agricultural development and farmer training in Beijing,combined with grass-roots work experience,problems in farmer training in Daxing District of Beijing City were analyzed,and new ideas to solve problems were put forward to provide some reference for development direction of farmer training.
